Quality Assurance Measures Training program. These 8 segments are designed as a free service to help individuals gain a better understanding around new Ontario Provincial Government Article 299-10 when supporting adults that have a developmental disability

There are two options available, through The Jodal Health C.A.R.E. Institute, for you to view the QAM video: 

  1. On-line – Link to site at: http://qamtraining.net/files_english.html     
    1. Click on “Videos” – Do not “Download Video”, instead, click on the screen for each segment.      
    2. Watch segments: 1, 2, 4, 7, 8 (will take about 70 minutes)      
    3. Link to evaluation survey at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QAMtraining
    4. Complete and submit the survey on-line or contact us by email at [email protected] to receive a copy by email (free) or a hard copy print out ($1) for pick up.          
  2. QAM Video Viewing at The Jodal Health C.A.R.E. Institute – The QAM video can be viewed at The Jodal Health C.A.R.E. Institute office located at 877 Wilson Avenue #12, North York, ON M3K 1E6 Monday – Friday 10a-2p if you do not have access to a computer.
