Workplace Violence and Harassment is a significant problem in Ontario. Workers may face violence and harassment in any workplace and from anyone. Not only must employers, supervisors and workers be able to recognize these unwanted behaviours but they also must know their duties and responsibilities with respect to workplace violence and workplace harassment under the OHSA.
This 40 minute complimentary awareness e-course will introduce the topic of workplace violence and harassment and explain its impact on the workplace.
How To Receive A Workplace Violence and Harassment Awareness Certificate
- Click the blue “Add to Cart” on the right-hand side
- Click View Cart on the right hand pop up
- Click the blue Checkout
- Enter your information to create an account
- Complete your order for $0.00
- You will find the course under “My orders” in your account
- Refresh the page until “Access this course” appears near your course
- Click “Access this course”
- Select “I will like to take the course for myself” from the pop up
- Click the grey course box
- It will open a new window with the course video
- Once completed, close the pop up window
- On the left-hand side in black, select “My Report Card”
- Select “Completed Programs”
- At the end of the name of the course, you will see an icon that looks like a certificate, click it
- This will open your certificate with your name on it. You can choose to email it to yourself by selecting “email me”, print a copy by selecting “adobe pdf”, or if you want us to print the certificate there will be a $1 charge. Once they pay it, they should send the certificate to our [email protected] email and they can pick it up at our office the next business day
